Projects Sondos Mall Worked more than usual weight in making of this Sondos Mall Structural design, which is located in Riyadh. Sondos Mall The unique architectural perception smoothly into the structural design forming a unique piece of art. weighing more than 400-metric tons and covering around 10,000m2. SLF team of experts implemented 70-meter clear spans, which is double the usual average.

Projects The Narcissus Hotel The Narcissus tower is considered to be very famous tower in the street of Olaya, Riyadh. SLF contributed in making a dome on top of the tower. The project was smoothly accomplished despite working on 36th floor. The Narcissus Hotel The Narcissus Hotel tower is one of the Riyadh’s famous landmarks located in Olaya St. that reflects a great picture that combines international architectural and a modern luxury. Olaya is considered one of the most crowded areas in Riyadh, however, our team overcame the crowd challenge regarding Health & Safety regulations. Moreover, executing the dome above the tower is considered a tough challenge that our team conquered regarding its high-rise height consisting of 36 floor.

Projects King Saud University Mega Gates Located in Riyadh, KSA where these mega gates can be seen on the entrance of King Saud University. These mega gates were design, fabricated and erected by SLF. King Saud University Mega Gates A tensegrity structure with an outstanding architectural design that SLF implemented it precisely and accurately. However, the real challenge faced by our logistics team regarding transferring this mega structure with a width of 8m for each wing as a whole across the city. However, our team overcame this challenge by avoiding the traffic peak hours and transferred it safely without any traffic violations. 

Projects Al Gharbia Dome Located in Riyadh, KSA had to covered up by the metal roof system in which SLF contributed their expertise. Al Gharbia Dome Al Gharbia Dome is a pre-engineered structure located in Riyadh with a 50m diameter and 18m height using a built-up structure to form a dome covered by a seam metal roof system

Projects The National Company for Sulphur Product (NCSP) Located in Dammam, KSA – The National Company for Sulphur Product (NCSP) is an organization of chemical plants. Therefore, SLF contributed in making steel structures for them. The National Company for Sulphur Product NCSP is a leading company in the region and one of the first factories founded in the third industrial area, SLF was assign to execute the following      1. All storage shaded areas.      2. A 2km pipe rack      3. The Manufacturing areas >10,000 m2      4. Stainless and carbon steel storage tanks of 3 Million liters.

Projects Al Nakheel Mall Located in Dammam, KSA Al Nakheel Mall extension was built for about 300-metric ton. Al Nakheel Mall A 300-metric ton extension of a sleek, modern shopping mall housing international retail chains and a food court. However, SLF team challenged themselves by executing the project with high safety precautions while the mall is running. Another challenge our team overcame is lifting the crane and executing the extension  on the mall’s roof.

Projects STC Specialized Lines Co. contributed in fabrication & erection for the gates of STC compounds and quarters. STC Pedestrian Bridges for HQ buildings of STC. STC – HQ Gates SLF was assigned in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam to build up modern gates designed for STC Quarters and compounds. The gates were built up using a steel trusses system made from tubular steel tubes. STC – Pedestrian Bridges Design, Fabrication, Supply & Install of Steel Structure weighs 300 Tons
